Join us at Give a Shuck 2023, our annual fall event

Come celebrate the end of a successful summer of saving our beaches and shores!

Tickets are on sale for Give a Shuck: our annual celebration of everything oyster. Join us October 8th along the banks of the Charles River for live music, food, drinks, and games. Sample local oysters from some of our favorite farms.

What: Give a Shuck: Massachusetts Oyster Project’s annual fundraiser

When: Sunday, October 8, 2023 3:00 pm - 7:00 pn

Where: Community Rowing, 20 Nonantum Road Brighton, MA

Early bird tickets are $110, which includes admission, food, drink tickets, and plenty of oysters. This is a family event, so under-21 tickets are $50 and children under 5 are welcome for free. There are only 30 early bird tickets available. Once they are gone, ticket prices will start to go up.

Proceeds from the event go towards continuing our coastal restoration efforts across Massachusetts. 2023 has been a great summer season. We’ve expanded our recycling program, hired our first part-time employees, and continued to grow oysters in our upwellers across the state. We’ve also expanded into grant-making for related coastal restoration efforts.
