The Massachusetts Oyster Project is a grassroots nonprofit organization working to restore native shellfish to the coastal environments of Massachusetts. Through a four tiered approach of restoration, shell recycling, public education, and advocacy, Massachusetts Oyster Project is using oysters and other native shellfish to improve water quality, increase biodiversity, and make our coastal communities stronger and more resilient.
